After years of establishing itself as a favorite local eatery, it was time for Out & Out to update their look—and their space. We made it happen with a new building complete with drive-thru and an outdoor eating space.

Goal

The client spent years establishing itself within the community and was stuck in a run-down strip mall. They needed an updated space to grow their business, and we were tasked with making Out & Out’s dream a reality.

Challenge

We teamed up with an outside architect and Commerce State Bank and were able to complete the two-building development of a busy street corner. Both buildings were constructed simultaneously, which called for careful execution of the design.

Result

Out & Out has a fresh new look and a brand-new building just moments away from its original location and now its business is thriving.
