Goal
Hamacher Resource Group needed to strategically time the move from their office just up the street to a brand new state of the art medical facility to be built before their lease was up.
Challenge
By working with D2C, Hamacher Resource Group was able to work with the Architect and Contractor all under one roof saving time and money. This allowed for cohesive design and construction and we were able to leave them with an excellent finished product in time for them to move before their lease term ended.
Result
The finished product is truly a work of art. This medical office building is now home to many happy employees and features an exterior patio area and fitness center. The gorgeous lobby area features an elaborate staircase and floor to ceiling windows which let in tons of natural light throughout the building. Hamacher now has the extra space they desired along with the modern look they needed to stay comepetitive.
