NEW BUILDS

With ground-up construction, our Interior Designers are there from the schematic designs to the day you are given the keys.

Your Interior Designer will create harmony between the exterior and interior design elements of your new building and help connect different elements of your brand throughout.

Every Client has different needs for their business and individual goals to be achieved for their customers. Our design team’s education and experience truly give our Clients a one-stop-shop as they have been taught which materials and products will be most durable based on the intended function of the product and the different methods of application.

Your in-house Interior Designer will collaborate with our in-house Architects and Project Managers to ensure budgets are met and the design intent is perfectly executed.

There is no greater blank canvas than the ground-up construction building when it comes to design. This allows you to create a space that is one-of-a-kind to you, your business, your customers, and your employees. We fully understand and appreciate the level of trust you are placing in our team to help make sure your NEW BUILDING is a success.

REMODELS

An interior alteration or “remodel” is what we label our projects when we are tearing walls down instead of putting walls up.

Our Interior Designers are still involved from initial concepts to final installation, allowing the team to better understand the project scope.

We dive into the scope to explore what parts of the building will remain the same, and which spaces will be transformed structurally.

Our objective is to make sure that the unaltered sections of the building will coordinate with the brand-new products and materials being installed, ensuring a uniform design without the building; regardless of construction changes.

This transformation can be a great option for buildings with the perfect location-location-location, but outdated finishes.

INTERIOR REFRESH

With an Interior Refresh, there is an existing building with an outdated feel, but there is no need for structural changes such as knocking down walls.

Our Interior Designers have the almost super-human ability to look at an existing space, and use their extreme vision and planning skills, knowledge, and expertise to simply add and remove finishes, products, and materials to a space to make it appear as though it is a whole new room.

This can save Clients valuable time and financial resources, while giving visitors a refreshed view of your organization.

Sometimes you love your building, love your floor plan, but you just need a modernized fresh start!

Interior design is the art and science of understanding people's behavior to create functional spaces within a building, while interior decorating is the furnishing or adorning of a space with decorative elements to achieve a certain aesthetic.

In short, interior designers may decorate, but decorators do not design.
