The Development consists of four multi-tenant buildings along Northwest Passage Way and Alcan drive.

Delaney I was completed in 2001 and houses the Corporate Headquarters of Design 2 Construct. There are also 4 tenant spaces, which are all currently full.

Delaney II was built in two phases and completed in 2006 as a sister building to Delaney I. The building is currently fully leased, with some tenant spaces possibly opening up in 2010.

Delaney III is a metal storage building located behind Delaney I & II. It has 30,000 square feet of leasable space, and is currently full. 15,000 square feet in Delaney III will be available for lease beginning late in 2010.

Delaney IV was built in two phases, and was completed in 2008. The building, nearly identical to Delaney II,is located on the intersection of Alcan Drive and Northwest Passage Way.
